RECENT EQUIPMENT UPDATES INCLUDE:
2007 saw the introduction of a full on-line computer system, allowing customers to log into our systems and retrieve documentation relating to orders such as:
Furnace charts, Test Certification, Certificates of conformity, and On-Line, real-time progress reports.
2008 A new fully automated Heat
Treatment plant was completed following 12 months
of installation and comissioning. Computers handle the entire
processing stage, including furnace set points and
the mechanical handling equipment, ensuring complete
accuracy and repeatability.
Working with batch sizes upto
2 tonnes, and allowing Water, Polymer, Air and
Furnace quenches, the automated plant offers unmatched
quality for the cut piece market in an
increasingly quality stringent world.
